Leukemia
Preclinical leukemia models for in vivo studies of systemic disease progression, organ infiltration and therapeutic response.
Preclinical leukemia model overview
Our preclinical leukemia models provide an in vivo platform for studying systemic disease progression, organ infiltration and therapeutic response. Longitudinal monitoring enables quantitative assessment of leukemia burden and distribution over time, supporting evaluation of drug activity, PK/PD and treatment durability.
Our in vivo leukemia models enable transplantation of acute or chronic leukemia cells of myeloid or lymphoid origin to establish systemic disease in animals. Longitudinal monitoring allows leukemia progression and the distribution of malignant cells across different organs to be followed over time.
Quantitative imaging and complementary biological read-outs can be used to assess leukemia burden and organ infiltration throughout disease progression and treatment. This provides a flexible platform for evaluating therapeutic response across different leukemia subtypes and stages of disease.
Key capabilities
