Ramin Massoumi

Professor of Molecular Oncology at Lund University, Sweden. Ramin holds a PhD from Lund University investigating the link between inflammation and colon cancer. Ramin has also a long experience in generation of transgenic animals and research in the field of oncology, chronic inflammation, and metabolic diseases.
Wondossen Sime
Head of in vivo
Wondossen holds a PhD from Karolinska institiutet in Biomedical Sciences with focus on understanding the role of adhesion molecules and extracellular matrix proteins in regulating many biological processes. Wondossen has a scientific background in the area of immunology, oncology, and infectious diseases. Other than several years of experiences and skills for various in vitro and in vivo assays, Wondossen is responsible for in vivo live imaging.
Noah Karlsson
Project leader
Noah holds a BSc in Molecular Biology from Lund University and has research experience in ANCA-associated vasculitis and kidney disease. He has worked with a range of animal models, including kidney cancer models, and has hands-on experience with in vivo imaging as well as a variety of molecular biology techniques. Noah’s background, together with his strong project management skills, makes him an invaluable asset to our research team.

Senior scientist
Isa holds a PhD in molecular pathophysiology from Sunchon National University. Isa has a wide range of experience in translational cancer research, disease pathology, application of 3D-organoid technology, and imaging.
Maryam Erfani
Project Leader
Maryam earned her BSc in Biotechnology. She has extensive experience in both in vitro and in vivo experimental systems, including cell culture, handling and restraining mouse models, drug administration, and in vivo imaging techniques. Her expertise and strong laboratory skills make her a highly valuable member of our research team.
